Who we are

What data we collect

This site is static: no contact form, no cookies, and no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. We don't run a newsletter or account sign-up. The only thing it stores is your light/dark theme preference, kept in your browser's local storage — it never leaves your device and isn't personal data.

If you email us — for example via the link on our contact page — whatever you send (your name, email address, and message) is processed to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps you request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We keep that correspondence the same way as any other business email, for as long as it's relevant to our relationship with you.

Who else sees it

Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard technical/server-log data (such as your IP address) to deliver these pages to your browser. We don't use that data ourselves, sell it, or share it with anyone else. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request — see Contact below.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@retix.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
